Q: What if I’m not anywhere near where you are? Can you still help me?

A: I sure can. Without getting into too much detail (which I’m happy to do) I utilize GoToAssist to help me provide secure and encrypted connections directly to your computer. PC or Mac!

Q: Do you offer monthly subscriptions for remote support?

A: I can offer a monthly package that provides unattended access, via GoToAssist, that would allow me to support you whenever and wherever necessary.

Q: What if I don’t see the service or help that I need listed on your site? What should I do?

A: Very simple – fill out the Contact form and let’s discuss exactly what your looking for.

Q: What types of payments do you support?

A: I can accept payment in just about any form you’re looking to utilize. We can discuss those options prior to any work being performed.

Q: Is there any obligation?

A: Once I have understood what you’re looking for I will review those requirements and provide a quote for the project or a standard hourly rate. Before I begin any work, we’ll agree on exactly what will be done. Zero obligation to you. Depending on the project, a brief outline or work statement may be drafted to itemize those requirements.
